The total cost for this project without human resources :  158.794 DG.

The exchange rate at this moment :  $1 = Dutch Guilder 1,80

This works out to about $ 88218 for the project for 1 year.

Rotterdam has about 650.000 inhabitants but it services an area of
about 1 million to 1.5 million people (rough estimate). The total
population of this country (The Netherlands aka Holland is between 14
and 15 million people.
