Subject: $1000 for 3 joints


The drug laws of this country are just to profit the lawmakers and to pad 
their wallets.
I was arrested for possessing a small amount of marijuana that was found by
illegal search and seizure. I had passed a field sobriety test consisting of 
walking a line (forward and backward) and counting down from 10, standing on
one foot with arms extended head tipped back eyes closed and touching my
nose with my right index finger and then with my left pinky finger, 
following the tip of the officer's pen with my eyes to the left up down 
right and after all of this the officer examined my pupils with a flashlight 
and four spotlights and couldn't figure out why my pupils looked like 
pinpoints and proceeded to accuse me of being fucked up and on all kinds of 
drugs (I was sober and not stoned). The officer didn't see any nor smell mj
in the car or on me. He then proceeded to search my car after arguing for 10
ten minutes about it. He found nothing, not even a roach paper!!!! After all 
this he should have sent me on my way. But, now he wanted to search me and I 
said no f*cking way. I was handcuffed and searched anyway which turned up a 
bag with 3 joints worth. I got a years probation, dui on my license, and 
cost me about $1000 with drug classes. 

Guess what there reason for pulling me over was . . . . .

Whew, a $1000!!! that's rough, Have a good New Year my friend.  After
hearing that fuck Indiana for vacationing, I hope that Pig gets his.
