From: XXX Newsgroups: alt.drugs Subject: SCHEDULE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES FAQ Date: 2 Apr 1994 04:40:06 GMT Message-ID: XXX Someone asked me about schedules of controlled substances, so here it is. If you have any questions, mail me, but don't expect me to be your unpaid legal clerk. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- SCHEDULE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES taken from North Carolina General Statues Chapters 90-89 to 90-94 This is a list of the six schedules of classification of controlled substances. This list was taken from North Carolina General Statutes, which is generally the same as in all other states. The examples given under each category (or subcategory) have been abridged as well as some articles, mostly because of the esoteric nature of most of the substances listed and the lenghty legal terminology. An effort has been made to include widely known substances in the example lists. If you have a specific question about a certain drug, contact your local lawyer. =========================================================================== 90-89 SCHEDULE I CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. This schedule includes the controlled substances listed or to be listed by whatever official name, common or usual name, chemical name, or trade name designated.
